How fresh is the coffee I will receive?
We roast our beans in small batches multiple times a week to ensure maximum freshness. Every bag is marked with a roast date, and we typically ship within 48 hours of roasting.
What are your shipping rates within Singapore?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.50 for all local orders. Enjoy free doorstep delivery on all orders over $50.
Do you provide coffee grinding services?
Yes, we can grind your beans for specific brewing methods including Espresso, V60, Chemex, French Press, or Cold Brew. Simply select your preferred grind size on the product page.
Can I return or exchange my coffee beans?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality concerns, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primary ship within Singapore. For international inquiries, please contact our support team directly for a custom shipping quote based on your location.
How should I store my coffee beans?
Keep your beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Our bags come with a one-way valve and resealable zipper which are designed to maintain freshness for up to 4-6 weeks after opening.
