At Cowpresso Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we offer returns and exchanges on non-food items and defective equipment within 7 days of purchase.

Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and is a non-perishable product or hardware item with a manufacturing defect.
Contact Support
Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the product or defect to initiate the request.
Arrange Return
Once approved, drop off the item at our Singapore showroom or mail it back to us via a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery.
Resolution
After inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange for a new unit or issue a store credit refund within 3-5 business days.
